"He had also done research to find out the former sites of synagogues and cemeteries which were no longer visible (or only partly visible) so we could see where our ancestors worshipped and were buried. We found the whole trip educational and enjoyable."

„For a trip to southern Poland I highly recommend our guide, Jakub Czuprynski, who took, my husband and I, and three cousins through six small towns near Czestochowa the first part of May, 2011. Various parts of my father’s family had lived in these towns. We were especially looking for vestiges of Jewish life from before WWII. Some of the former locations of the synagogues and cemeteries either had disappeared or were very hard to locate. Where possible Jakub had arranged meetings with historians and other people who knew about the Jewish life before the war who enriched our knowledge of the Jewish communities of the area. He had also done research to find out the former sites of synagogues and cemeteries which were no longer visible (or only partly visible) so we could see where our ancestors worshipped and were buried. We found the whole trip educational and enjoyable.”
